Do you accept card payment?
Yes. We accept all major credit card and debit card.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! All of our items can be shipped internationally to your chosen destination. Please note we are not responsible for any delays or fees due to Customs. Please contact your local government or postal service for more information on customs and duties.
Do you accept PayPal payments?
Yes we accept PayPal as a payment method. If you do not have a PayPal account you will be given the option to create one before you check out.
Is My Payment Information Safe?
Yes, Your Personal Information Will Be Treated With Care And Is Only Transferred Over To Us Via A Secure Server Connection. No Financial Information Is Held On Our Systems. We Are A Member Of "Verified By Visa" And "Secure By MasterCard" Which Provide Additional Security When Using Your Payment Cards For Online Purchases.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
I changed my mind i no longer want my product.
If you no longer want the item you have ordered please email us straight away (Annaromerra@gmail.com) stating you i will like to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed and shipped out then will have to refund you once the item has been returned to us.
Where will my refund appear?
If you have made a payment via PayPal your refund will go back into that exact PayPal account. If you have made your payment via Card, then your refund will appear in that exact Card account.
How long will a refund take to appear back on my card?
Please allow 7-10 working after we have received the returned goods for your refund to be processed.
I Have Received The Wrong Product
If you have received a wrong Item In your Order, please send this back to us using the returns form so that we can resolve the issue. You can also email us If you need to raise a question about This.
How long does it take for my item to be delivered to me?
Deliveries to the UK using our royal mail tracked (£3.99) will take 3-7 working days. UK express delivery (£12.99) will take 2-3 working days.
Deliveries out of the UK (£14.99) will take 5-12 working days. Express deliveries outside of the UK will take 5-7 working days costing £30
I have not received my item what do i do?
If you have not received your item please contact our sales team and we will be more than happy to help you (email@example.com). Please ensure that you check your tracking number before contacting us as this will let you know where your item currently is.

First, Please Check That You Are Using The Correct Email Address And Password To Sign Into Your Account. You Can Use The Forgotten Password Link Which Will Remind You Of Your Password. If This Does Not Help, Please Email Us.
I Have Not Received A Confirmation Email
If You Have Not Received A Confirmation Email, Please Email Us And We Will Resend This Email To You.
My Payment Has Declined, Why?
When Entering Your Card Details, Please Ensure That You Enter The Correct Details Including The Billing Address. If You Need Further Assistance, Please Email Us including Your Name, Email Address And Type Of Card That You Are Using To Place The Order.
I Am Not Receiving Your Newsletters
